Refund Policy

Color Analysis Diva is operated by roshi LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. "Color Analysis Diva" is the name of the service and brand.

Technical-failure refunds

A refund is available when a verified technical failure prevents the paid report from being generated or downloaded and the included additional analysis run or support cannot resolve the issue. A technical failure is not counted as a completed analysis run.

What is not a technical failure

Color analysis from Color Analysis Diva is subjective. Disliking a season, color, makeup suggestion, hair suggestion, or product is not by itself a technical failure. During the open session, use Ask Diva to explain a result or preview replacement colors before applying them.

How to request help

Contact support with the email used for the Stripe receipt, purchase time, and a brief description of the error. Do not email photos. The business will verify the payment and fulfillment flags in Stripe. Support can offer the unused rerun when appropriate; photos must be uploaded again because neither support nor the application has a copy.
