Service

Color Analysis Diva provides one conversational personal-color styling purchase for a one-time fee. It includes photo intake, one AI-assisted report, in-session questions and approved edits, PDF download, optional product-search assistance, and one additional analysis run that requires a fresh photo upload.

Styling opinion, not a professional determination

The report is subjective appearance and styling guidance. It is not medical, scientific, biometric, dermatological, psychological, or identity analysis. Colors, cameras, screens, lighting, makeup, hair color, and personal preference can change the result.

Your responsibilities

• Submit only photos you have permission to use.
• Follow the photo instructions and do not submit illegal, abusive, or explicit material.
• For anyone under 13, a parent or guardian must purchase and submit on their behalf.
• Keep the automatically downloaded PDF before leaving; the application does not save the report.
• Verify retailer price, size, shade, material, availability, returns, and product suitability before purchase.

Availability and limits

One initial analysis and one additional analysis run are permitted for one purchase. A new run requires uploading the photos again. Photo-quality checks do not consume a run, and a recorded technical failure does not consume a completed run. Provider outages may temporarily prevent analysis or shopping. Email and voice are disabled for launch.

Shopping links and color accuracy

Curated product recommendations may be labeled closest verified online shade matches, but they are not guarantees of the physical item’s color. Google Shopping and eBay results are unverified discovery listings and never exact or verified shade matches. Retailer photography, fabric, lighting, screens, inventory, and price can vary. Some curated retailer links may be affiliate links, which can compensate the business without changing your price. Affiliate status does not override the color, budget, material, size, or evidence filters. The product-undertone filter adds terms such as cool/blue-based or warm/golden-based to discovery searches; only curated products with reviewed color evidence can be confirmed against that filter.

Hair-color discovery excludes bleach, high-lift products, developer-only products, custom mixtures, and brow or lash dye. Follow the package directions and the manufacturer’s allergy-alert and strand-test instructions. Salon briefs are styling directions for discussion with a licensed colorist, not chemical formulas.

Intellectual property

You may use your generated report for personal purposes. The Color Analysis Diva name, character, interface, and original brand assets remain the property of roshi LLC or its licensors.
